We were getting a pool installed and needed a 13m long 2.4m high lapped paling fence with a retaining wall and because we didn't want to take up too much width John created a design with steel posts and the wall & fence all built into one so it was only 150mm thick. We worked with Julie to book the site visit & project and John & Frank called in several times to show me the design and layout, and then spent 4 days on site building it. What an amazing couple of guys! So knowledgable, so professional, complete focus on all the fine details, and we are totally wrapped by the result. We have a new, perfectly straight, gorgeous looking fence that's solid as a rock, retains the neighbours yard and will be standing for decades to come.

The Frank's Fencing team are the one's to go to for all your fencing needs. Went to the store to price supplies for my fence at home. Pricing was more than competitive with Bunnings and other major retailers. But what made me decide to go with this company was the fact that the owner spent over an hour with me, checking measurements, writing a cutting list for me to take away, making sure we had everything we needed to build the fence, and even giving advice of how to do certain things better than the way i was planning. That's the kind of customer service you rarely get these days. Just finished painting the new fence yesterday and everyone that walks by says its the best fence in the area. I wanted a lattice screen for privacy and had requested quotes from local fencers in the area. Franks Fencing assisted me in the design and was most helpful so I nominated them to undertake the work. They called and told me when they were coming to start and I returned home that afternoon to an installed, hand made screen, being up and the area left immaculately clean. I was so pleased with the work that I nominated them to quote again on the strata plan I live at. John from Franks Fencing was the only fencers that came and actually meet some of the committee, walked around the complex and worked out a strategy for the strata plan. The other fencers just request plans and made estimates from that. . They won the quote and started the works on the fencing for 120 townhouses and again, the work is to perfection, the site is left extremely clean and owners are really happy.
